LakeRox is an outdoor functional fitness event made for everyone.
You don’t have to be the fittest person in the room – just someone willing to show up, move, and give it your best.
From beginners to seasoned gym-goers, LakeRox welcomes all levels. No pressure, no egos – just encouragement, laughs, and a proper buzz.

Held at Box End Park in Kempston, LakeRox combines outdoor space, fresh air, and lakeside energy.
The Boathouse team knows this location inside out — and it’s the perfect backdrop for a challenge that feels as refreshing as it is empowering.
